Dave has 30 years experience in CPG. He is the former EVP Global Strategy for Kraft Foods, former Partner of Boston Consulting Group and founder of Owens Strategy Group. Dave has helped develop and commercialize some of the largest brand licenses in the industry.

A 25 year expert in the CPG industry, Stan served as CEO of Ciao Bella Gelato from 2008-2012. Earlier in his career, he ran Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream Sales & Distribution from 1991-2008, managing $1.4B in revenue in the Eastern U.S.

Kevin is a 25 year CPG sales veteran, having served in sales leadership positions at Kellogg’s, Kraft Foods, Mott’s and most recently, at Ciao Bella Gelato as the VP Sales, National Accounts.
DON HALL — EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, SALES, EAST REGION
Don has more than 25 years of experience as a CPG leader and innovator in all channels of trade. His background is with Campbell Sales Co., Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream and Nestle Sales Division. He has held many leadership positions throughout his career in Category, Marketing and Sales. Don has also spent many years managing a DSD system.
DENNIS DAYTON — CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Dennis has 23 years in the CPG industry with broad finance experience in manufacturing, sales and distribution at Nestlé and Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream. As a Director of Finance, he led strategic channel expansion and acquisition initiatives.
KAREN FASOLI — ACCOUNTING MANAGER
Karen has 25 years of experience in the CPG Industry managing various accounting functions. She previously worked at Annie’s Inc., Nestle Dreyers Ice Cream and Quaker Oats.
JYOTI CHERA — ACCOUNTING ANALYST
Jyoti has over 15 years of accounting experience in the shipping and retail industries. She previously worked as a Senior Accountant at Matson Navigation Company.
KEVIN LAMBERT — DEMAND PLANNING/CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER
Kevin has 15 years of demand planning experience within fast moving consumer goods companies. He helped implement demand planning process improvements at Clorox, Dannon, and Del Monte Foods.
